Thai Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjajiva has indicated the House of Representatives could be dissolved within the first months of 2011, paving the way for an April poll and another crack at democracy. Speaking almost like a true democrat, he says this will happen if peace prevails, the economy improves and election rules are accepted by all parties involved. An election must be called by the end of 2011.
