Last month we published Michael Nelson’s neat essay on “parliament” as part of New Mandala‘s Thai institutions series. In that light, this Bangkok Post report on the plans for a new parliamentary building is worth a look for a few reasons. One line that particularly caught my attention is about the design itself:
