Dr Heidi Arbuckle-Gultom is a researcher and development practitioner. She is the Deputy Chief of Party for the Indonesia Harmoni project. Previously, she led the Ford Foundation Indonesia’s programming in civil society, media and culture for twelve years. She obtained her PhD from the University of Melbourne and is author of "Taring Padi: the Politics of Radical Cultural Practice in Indonesia".

Rheinhard Sirait is a PhD candidate at the University of Western Australia. He has been a lecturer at Walailak University in Thailand and has worked for the International Labour Organization, Indonesian Legal Aid and the Alliance of Indigenous People’s of the Archipelago.
